If your concrete keeps sinking, cracking, or shifting — the problem usually isn’t the concrete. It’s what’s underneath it. Weak, eroded, or void-filled soil can’t support the structures above it, and no amount of surface-level patching will fix that.
Soil stabilization addresses the root cause. We inject high-density polyurethane foam deep below the surface — filling voids, compacting loose soil, and rebuilding the load-bearing foundation your property needs to stay stable long-term.
At Summit Pro Concrete Solutions, we use this process across the Denver Metro to stop ground-related problems before they turn into expensive structural failures.
Soil instability is the real reason many concrete problems keep coming back. When the ground beneath a structure weakens, shifts, or washes out, it can no longer provide solid support — and anything resting on it will eventually show it.
Common causes in the Denver area include:
When the ground loses its strength, everything above it is at risk of settling, cracking, or failing — and the damage tends to compound the longer it’s left alone.

JennyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brian did a wonderful job raising a concrete slab to reduce an uneven seam between two concrete slabs in front of my place. I didn't even know this was possible without having to get a filler patch as a ramp. It looks so much better than having to do that! I'm a nurse, and I know the importance of his job in reducing trip hazards to prevent falls before they happen! Better to prevent an accident than chase down all the complications that happen after it's too late. Thank you Brian!! Patsy SullivanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Summit Pro Concrete Solutions did great work. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained exactly what was needed without any sales pitch and reassured me there were no major foundation issues. Saved me a lot of worry and money! Highly recommend! Chris RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was in a bind and needed some near immediate concrete work done due to my house selling in a few weeks. So I called Brian, explained my situation and tight timeline, and within minutes he was out providing an estimate. The quote was very competitive and the communication excellent. Due to some extenuating circumstances regarding the sale, I ended up cancelling the job but I still felt Brian's professionalism and service was worthy of a review. I would feel in excellent hands using him and in fact, recommended their services to the buyer of the house. Ryan ShannonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brian with Summit Pro is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services! Lance & Laurie GatrellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've used them for many years to raise driveways, garage floors, steps, sidewalks, and patios on many rental properties and our own house. We tried the traditional mud jacking from another company on our sidewalk and a rental porch first, but after they dropped again, we called Summit Pro, and we've used them ever since their work stays in place. Whenever I see a friend whose concrete has dropped, I tell them to call Summit Pro! Anthony ContrascereTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brian does great work. Surface symptoms are clues. If you’re seeing any of these, the issue likely goes deeper than what’s visible:
These are signs the soil below has failed — and that patching or lifting alone won’t solve it.
Soil stabilization isn’t just about fixing the surface—it’s about strengthening the ground underneath so the problem doesn’t keep coming back.
When the soil is properly stabilized, everything above it performs better and stays in place longer.
Here’s what you get:
This isn’t a temporary fix—it addresses the root cause and helps keep your property stable over time.
Fix the base, and the surface follows.
When you call Summit Pro, you’re working directly with Brian Mrksich—not a sales team. That means you get real answers, honest guidance, and a clear plan to fix your concrete the right way.
We don’t overcomplicate things. We focus on solving the problem under your concrete so it stays level and doesn’t keep getting worse.
Clear answers about what’s going onFrom the first call to the final lift, everything is straightforward. We show up, explain the issue, and fix it the right way—without dragging the job out or creating a mess.
You get a level, stable surface and a solution you don’t have to think about again.
For engineers & project managers
Polyurethane compaction grouting is a proven, engineered alternative to traditional cement-based grouting for soil stabilization. It delivers precise, controlled results with significantly less disruption — and is increasingly specified for both residential and commercial applications.
High-density, two-component polyurethane resin is injected under controlled pressure through small-diameter rods (5/8″ bore). The expanding foam fills voids, fractures, and zones of weak or loose soil, densifying the material in place without excavation or displacement of surrounding structure.
Injection depth and pressure are managed to target specific failure zones — from just below a slab to several feet into the soil column. This allows engineers to address discrete layers of instability rather than treating the entire profile, reducing material use and overall project scope.
Once cured, the high-strength polyurethane matrix bonds with surrounding soil particles, increasing compressive strength and load-bearing capacity. The result is a stabilized mass that resists future settlement, lateral movement, and erosion — without the weight penalty of cement grout.
Unlike cement grout, polyurethane is hydro-insensitive — it actively displaces water during injection and remains effective in saturated or variable-moisture conditions. This makes it suitable for a broader range of soil types, including sandy, silty, and organically influenced soils prone to erosion.
Soil stabilization is the process of strengthening weak, loose, or eroded ground below the surface. Using deep foam injection, we fill voids, compact unstable material, and restore the load-bearing capacity of the soil — so structures, slabs, and surfaces above it have the support they need.
Concrete lifting raises and levels the slab itself. Soil stabilization treats what's underneath it. If the ground is too weak or void-filled to hold a lift, lifting alone won't last. In many cases we do both — stabilize the soil, then level the concrete — for a complete, long-lasting repair.
Injection depth varies based on where the problem is. We assess each site first and target the exact depth where soil has weakened or voids have formed — which can range from just below the slab to several feet down.
Minimal disruption. We use small injection rods — no excavation, no heavy equipment. Access points are sealed after the job and the site is left clean. Most homeowners and businesses are back to normal use the same day
Most projects are completed in a few hours. Larger or more complex areas may take longer, but we'll give you a realistic timeframe upfront.
Yes — when done correctly, it's a lasting solution. By addressing the ground conditions rather than just the surface, you're eliminating the root cause. The foam doesn't biodegrade, wash out, or compress over time.
Absolutely. We handle residential homes, commercial buildings, parking lots, industrial slabs, and larger infrastructure projects across the Denver Metro.
We recommend it. Walking the area together lets us explain what we're seeing below the surface and give you a clear, accurate recommendation.
