Our 3-Step Concrete Leveling Process
Step 1: Inspect & Prepare
We start by evaluating your concrete and what caused it to sink.

- What’s happening below the surface
Then we create a plan to lift it safely and evenly.
Next, we drill small holes in the concrete—about the size of a dime.
These give us access to the space underneath the slab.
Step 2: Inject & Lift
We inject a two-part polyurethane foam beneath the slab.
As it expands, it:
- Fills empty space under the concrete
- Lifts the slab back into position
- Locks in support below the surface
We control the lift in real time to make sure everything is level and aligned properly.

Step 3: Patch & Finish
Once the concrete is back in place, we patch the small drill holes and clean the area.
