What to expect when you hire Summit Pro Concrete Solutions
ESTIMATE
Once we understand your needs via email or phone we will come out and give you a free estimate. We take photos of the problematic areas and email you a quote spelling out what we intend to do to remedy the situation. Nobody has to be home during the estimate, unless the area is inside the home or business.
HIRING
Once you receive your estimate via email, you can accept it through email and we will contact you to schedule the work
WORK
Most projects take 1-3 hours and can be driven on 15 minutes after completion. We will arrive at your location and strategically drill 5/8” holes through your concrete, and inject polyurethane foam underneath it, to raise the concrete back to its original height. Once the injection process is complete, we remove our ports and fill the holes with a concrete patch. These holes will be difficult to detect once fully cured.
PAYMENT
Once complete, we will email you an invoice and collect payment. We accept all major credit cards, Apple pay, Android pay, Venmo, Zelle, checks, and cash.
WARRANTY
We warranty our work for 7 years if the concrete is 10 years old or older. If within the 7 years the concrete settles ¼” or more we will drill through the same holes and inject polyurethane underneath again at no charge.
